This succulent is very common in all gardens. It has a shape of an open cone and it grows as large carpets on very poor soil an on rocks. I have thousands of it but on too rich soil which means that all kind of higher and stronger weed are able to grow well in the same place. All my summer goes to clean the globifera's flowerbed. The only solution is to dig up everything and change the soil to pure sand. Then globiferas have some possibility to win the battle.
